A sum of K3,278,013.69 worth of Fuel has been allocated for grading of feeder roads in Solwezi central Constituency.
K633,472 Was approved for allocation to Medical and Non-Medical equipment. The fund was equally spent accross four (4) wards namely; Sandang’ombe,Kapijimpanga, Kifubwa and Kamalamba. The items were procured and delivered to the respective wards.
K8,574,720.00 Was approved for Purchase of a motor grader. The grader is currently being used to open up new roads as well as maintain the existing roads within all 12 Wards in the constituency. The Grader has already been procured and already in use for roads.
A sum of K2,100,000.00 was allocated towards phase 1 of construction of a double-storey classroom block at Solwezi Day Secondary School under Kimasala Ward. The Project is currently under construction and has reached 99% of phase one completion.
A sum of K2,100,000.00 was allocated towards phase 1 of construction of a double-storey classroom block at Rodwell Mwepu Secondary School Under Kyawama Ward. The Project is currently under construction and has reached 98% completion of phase one.
A sum of K1,500,000.00 was allocated towards the construction of a Clinic at Kawama, under Kyalalankuba ward. The Project is currently under construction and has reached over 45% of completion
A total of K240,624.52 was approved for the Procurement of wooden Benches and wooden Chairs for Health facilities under Sandang’ombe, Kapijimpanga, Kifubwa and Kamalamba. Each ward above was approved a sum of k60,156.13 towards this procurement. The procurement was completed and items delivered.
A sum of 2,100,000.00 was approved for (Phase 2)the Completion of a 2×3 double storey CRB at Tumvwanganai Secondary School. The Construction is on-going and while phase one (1) has been completed (100%) and Phase two (2) is at 20%
A Sum of K1,157,200.00 was approved for the opening of approximately 33km of compacted gravel in Kivuku Ward. The works are still on-going and have exceeded 60%
