Kimale Ward Councillor Adrian Nkolomba is new Deputy Mayor for Solwezi district.
This follows expiry of tenure of office for the immediate past Deputy Mayor Councillor Alex Pupe who has served for two and a half years from the time of the General elections in August 2021.
Councillor Nkolomba was declared duly elected by the Returning Officer who is Solwezi Municipal Council Town Clerk Mr Stanley Mbewe, after he amassed 7 votes, with his predecessor polling 4 votes.
