His Worship the Mayor of Solwezi, Mr. Remmy Kalepa, on 25th August, 2025 attended the dissemination of Zambiaโs Eighth National Human Development Report for North-Western Province, held at Kansanshi Hotel in Solwezi.
The meeting, led by the Ministry of Finance and National Planning, aimed to share key findings of the report, which envisions significant economic opportunities through new investments and improved livelihoods for citizens.
The event was attended by the North-Western Province Deputy Permanent Secretary, Mr. Luckson Mulumbi, alongside representatives from the Provincial Administration, government departments, civil society and faith-based organizations, the North-Western Chamber of Commerce, and the Council of Elders.
