A team from the Zambia Devolution Support Programme (ZDSP) yesterday delivered a presentation to staff of the Solwezi Municipal Council. The session focused on the eligibility criteria for the Capital Grant, the procedures for accessing the grant, stakeholder engagement strategies, and procurement guidelines.
The meeting was also attended by the Deputy Mayor, Councillor Adrian Nkolomba; Kivuku Ward Councillor, Ms. Olivia Katanga; the Provincial Local Government Officer, Mr. Adrian Zulu; the Town Clerk, Mr. Stanley Mbewe; and the District Commissioner, Mr. Tradeson Mulofwa.
